Medical Care Should not be a Luxury Good
We are living through the greatest transition in access to medical care in human history. Governments are guaranteeing medical care for their citizens, often free of charge. Yet, bottlenecks persist, especially in the supply of, and access to, physicians. Medical training remains an exploitative and expensive training field while Americans fear medical bankruptcy. American medical insurers fight reforms making them accountable to citizens instead of exorbitant profit. This situation only benefits the corporations and universities constructing artificial bottlenecks on health care.
We are advocates for expanding affordable medical training, health care price transparency, and provisions to improve affordable health care access for all Americans.
