Young Americans are being locked out of the American Dream: homeownership. Without this quintessential facet of American prosperity, the country's young adults are rapidly losing faith in economic mobility. American cities and states must advance urban densification, public transit, and zoning reform to accelerate home ownership for young adults.
We are advocates for transit-oriented communities, reduced urban single-family zoning, and waiving discretionary review in highly regulated cities.
